Do we have to use all of your services, or can we only use one service?

We want you to have your dream event! If you need us for any of our services, we are here for you. If you only need one, let us know. Your satisfaction is our main priority!

Do you charge extra for a certain distance?

Yes, and no, we are located in Denton, Texas. Any distance within 25 miles is exempt from the fee. Depending on the mileage, we can include the cost in your quote. We do not travel more than 90 miles due to food safety concerns; your safety is our top priority.

How long have you been in business?

While we have been in the restaurant and entertainment business for over 25 years, Wildflour was officially established in 2022.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! Every employee is a Food Handler and TABC certified, and we have an insurance policy we can provide to your venue to ensure everyone is covered. Please be advised that whoever you use, ensure they are insured.

Do you offer packages, or is everything custom?

Yes and yes! We want you to have your dream event, so we specialize in custom events. If we think a package will be more beneficial (especially financially), we will do everything to make your event the best!

Do you do more than one event a day?

No, we do not. We want to ensure that your event is our top priority. Once we officially book that date, we remove it from the calendar so it is no longer available to anyone else.

Do you offer tastings?

We do! We would love to help your taste buds find their favorite item! Just note- they are not complimentary and a fee will be associated with the tastings. The fee is determined on what you would like to sample.

What does your staff do?

Depending on catering or bartending, we set up/tear down. Bartenders come with their own β€œbar kit,” which includes wine openers, bar keys, and shaker tins. Servers can serve tables individually or buffet-style. We can fill water, cut cake, set tables, etc. It all depends on your needs. FYI - We have a four-hour minimum for all staff.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we do! Our primary concern is your safety, so please include any allergies and/or dietary concerns when submitting your information. This will determine how we customize your menu.

Do you provide rentals?

No, we do not. We have some fantastic companies we can recommend for tableware, linens, florals, etc Please let us know if we can help you!

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, we get it. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all our events. Suppose you are unable to accommodate the date you booked for any reason. In that case, we can try to arrange an alternative date within ninety days of the original date, provided the new date is available. If you cancel the event altogether, unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable because we held that date for you. No matter what, we will do everything we can to accommodate your event, even when life throws you a curveball!

For event planning, do you handle all the aspects of the event or just coordination? Can I use my favorite vendors?

We can coordinate the planning to meet your needs. Yes, you have your favorites? Our job is to ensure they are there to celebrate with you during your event!

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. What we quote you is what you will be charged. Additionally, we have a contract that we will both sign to ensure our mutual security.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve that date. The remaining cost is due two weeks before the event. If you need to pay a little at a time, we understand. As long as the full payment is due at least two weeks before the event, we will work with you to create a payment plan.

Do you offer financing?

No, we do not.

How do you communicate with clients?

With the incredible ways we can all communicate these days, we prefer an old-fashioned phone call originally, so we can ensure we answer all your questions and meet all your needs. Our primary form of communication is texting and emailing. We feel like this is the most effective way to get your questions answered quickly.
